We are seeking Network Support Analyst for our Service Team.
Successful candidate will join team of experts to work with cutting edge technology.
University or Community College graduate with at least Four-years working experience in Server environment
Extensive Experience and troubleshooting skills in all of the following technology areas: Microsoft Active Directory 2016/2012, Microsoft Exchange 365/2016/2013
Ability to troubleshoot Virtual environments both in VMware and Hyper-V
Troubleshooting skills with Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Office 2016, Office 365
Ability to perform customer service either on site; via telephone support or remote access
Shows solid communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to communicate and articulate effectively
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Apple computer knowledge is an asset.
Readiness to work after business hours when needed
Has his/her own car and clean driving record
Excellent judgment / must be able to make independent decisions
