Sales Executive

We are seeking a Sales Executive for our Team.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Selling I.T. Solutions in South Western Ontario:

  • Computer network design, installation and support
  • On-site, telephone and remote support
  • Web site and application design and support
  • Data and voice cabling; VOIP solutions
  • Hardware and software for all major manufacturers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sell the I.T. solutions identified above to small and medium sized businesses.  Your area will include Southern Ontario

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in Information Technology preferred.

Confidence in the belief that you can sell I.T. Solutions effectively.

Network Analyst

We are seeking a Network Analyst for our Service Team.

The ideal candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

  • University or Community College graduate with at least 5 years working experience in server environment
  • Experience in all of the following technology areas: Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012, Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013
  • Backup Exec implementation and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting skills with Windows 7/8 OS, Office 2010, 2013
  • Install and troubleshoot different Apple devices
  • Configure Apple computers on the network, migrate data and restore files
  • Desktop imaging and user profile configuration on the domain
  • Capable of working independently and, at the same time, working based on the technical guidelines defined by the company
  • Ability to perform customer service either on site; via telephone support or remote access
  • Capable of designing and implementing technical solutions to meet business needs
  • Willingness to upgrade his/her own business and technical skills through advancement
  • Shows solid communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to communicate and articulate effectively
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Strong customer-focus
  • Readiness to work after business hours when needed
  • Has his/her own car and clean driving record
  • Excellent judgment / must be able to make independent decisions
  • Plan and manage projects
  • Provide latest solutions to clients
  • Build and implement new servers on projects for clients
  • Client technology management

Helpdesk Analyst

We are seeking a Helpdesk Analyst for our Service Team.

The ideal candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Respond to queries over the phone/remote support
  • Escalate support request as required
  • Schedule resources for service calls and projects
  • Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
  • Ask questions to determine nature of problem
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
  • Install computer peripherals for users
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
  • Monitor client networks for errors and alerts
