The College has partnered with The Syscomm Group to manage our IT requirements including hardware, software, and cabling. They are always readily available to staff when an IT issue arises, quickly schedule appointments when on-site support is required, and communicate reasons and resolutions to issues in plain language. They bill in a timely manner and we are pleased working with them.
