Business Situation:
A downtown healthcare facility is expanding with additional building units. Implementation of new networks and VLANs has been requested across the new buildings to provide user & building automation access.
Solution:
Two separate networks were created to isolate building automation networks from the medical facilities network. Syscomm implemented switch configurations on over 170 Cisco switches, then created and set stack membership order. Configured SVIs on each device for management and implemented port-channels on each stack. The Syscomm Group liaised with vendors and onsite customer representatives to address and adapt network to requirements as they arose.
End Result:
The Syscomm Group has exceeded the client’s expectations for both networks. We finalized the network and provided the configuration of each switch to the in-house IT team for ongoing support and maintenance.
